- Features of copper free mirror.
Copper free mirror is also called lead free mirror, environmentally mirror. The copper free silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of special metal film instead of copper, and finished with two layers of lead free paint for chemical and physical protection.
It has high grade anti-corrosion than normal copper mirror after edge grinding. With lead content less than 0.01% of mirror backing paint, can reach the vehicle mirror quality requirements of "irective 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on end-of -life vehicles".

Storage notice.
1. The storage or warehouse must be dry and a constant temperature maintained to avoid paint bubbles or color change.
2. Large mirror sheet should be placed in safe area, and do not store in outdoors.
3. Far away from heat and any kind of chemical such as acid, alkali, fuel, putty and various organic solvents or vapors, etc.
4. Placed vertically with paper interleaved.
