- Features of aluminium mirror.
Aluminium mirror also called aluminium glass mirror and aluminium coating mirror.
Oruii high reflective aluminium mirror is produced by high-quality clear float glass as sheet and through washing, polishing, activation, aluminium-coated in vacuum metal aggradations and react swiftly, then finished with two waterproof layers of paint for protection. The first pass: paint-drain to be corrosion-resist and dry. The second pass: paint-drain to be waterproof hard and dry. All colors of stained glass can be produced from high-grade float aluminium mirror to add different decoration, such as bronze, blue, green, pink, golden, grey, black, etc.

Thickness:1.8mm,2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm.
Maximum dimensions: 72"x96" (1,830mmx2,440mm).
Regular size: 914x1220mm,1220x1830mm,1220x2440mm,1600x2550mm,1830x2440mm, etc.
Size tolerance: +/- 0.2mm.
Deep processing: plane mirror sheet can be cut into any size and any shape and sandblast process is available. Mirror edge can be deeply processed into round edge(C-edge), flat edge(V-edge), beveled edge, fluted edge, polished edge, etc. And various sizes are available according to customers' requirements.
Color: clear, bronze, blue, green, pink, golden, grey, black, etc.
Packing: seaworthy wooden crate and with paper interleaved between mirror sheet.
Application range of aluminium mirror.
Aluminium coating mirror with exact image and high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 90%.
It can be widely used as a raw material in furniture mirror, cheval mirror, art crafts mirror, wall mirror, decorative mirror, bathroom mirror, slide door mirror, make-up mirror, optical mirror and rearview mirror of automobile, etc.
1. Architecture, such as windows or other areas in the building.
2. Household appliances and furniture, such as glass table top and show shelves.
3. Traffic vehicles, such as the windows of train, bus, car, etc.
4. The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available).
5. Lead and copper free coating are available. The pollution to the environment by broken pieces can be minimized, satisfied with the environmental requirements in Europe, America and other developed region.

Storage notice.
1. The storage or warehouse must be dry and a constant temperature is necessary.
2. Large mirror sheet should be placed in safe area, and do not store in outdoors.
3. Far away from heat and any kind of chemical such as acid, alkali, fuel, putty and various organic solvents or vapors, etc.
4. Vertically placed with paper interleaved.
